From horseback riding lessons, to horse camps, to horse themed birthday parties, we have it all, right here in Arvada, CO.

  • Price Per Ride: $40

    Tot Rides are perfect for the children who love horses, but are not yet of age to join the youth lessons. We accept ages 4-6. These lessons include lead line, petting, brushing, and feeding. Tot Rides are first come first serve, and are scheduled by email to set up an appointment.

  • Price Per Ride: $50

    Depending on the age and level of experience, kids will be placed in classes to learn the basics of horses. We accept ages 7 and up. This 6 week course is held once a week with the options to register Monday-Thursday at 4:00pm.

  • Price Per Ride: $50

    Want to start your equestrian journey but are too old for the Youth Lessons? We are now accepting enrollments for a 6 Week Beginner Adult Class. This is for ages 18 and up. These classes will be on Fridays at 4pm!

  • Price Per Ride: $60

    We offer private lessons catered to your needs and riding style. These rides are based on the availability of the instructor and are on a first come, first serve basis.

  • After completion of our riding program, students may choose between our wide array of specialty lessons to further their equestrian journey.

    Group Lessons: $50 Private Lessons: $60

    -Roman Riding: An exciting display of balance and coordination where the rider stands atop two horses simultaneously while performing impressive maneuvers.

    -Liberty: A unique training approach that fosters a deep connection between horse and handler, emphasizing trust and communication without the use of reins or tack.

    -Trick Riding: A thrilling and acrobatic riding style that showcases daring stunts performed on horseback, combining athleticism and artistry.

    -Dressage: A disciplined and elegant equestrian sport focused on developing harmony, precision, and communication between horse and rider through intricate movements and patterns.

  • Speed, precision, and partnership come together in our Gymkhana Training program, where riders learn to compete in classic timed events like pole bending, barrel racing, and flag races. This high-energy series builds confidence, control, and horsemanship—all in a fun and supportive environment.

    Students will participate in three weekly 2-hour practice sessions, with instruction focused on technique, pattern memorization, and teamwork with their horse. Riders may use their own horse or lease one of ours.

    Price: $80 for 2hrs
    Competition Horse Rental: $40
    Gear: Performance shirt available for $60
    Prerequisite: Riders should be comfortable at the trot and working toward cantering

    🏁 Practices lead up to participation in a real Gymkhana competition—show off your skills and ride for ribbons and fun!

  • Join us for a 6-week session designed to introduce students to the exciting sport of roping. Students will start with groundwork and roping dummies, then progress to mounted practice. Taught in a supportive, skill-building atmosphere, this class is a favorite for rodeo-loving riders!
    Price: $80
    Duration: 2 hours/week for 6 weeks
    Optional Gear: $60 performance shirt

  • This action-packed program teaches students the ancient skill of mounted archery. Riders will begin on the ground, mastering form, aim, and safety, then transition to shooting from horseback. A rare and exhilarating experience that builds focus, strength, and equestrian skill!
    Price: $80/session
    Duration: 2 hours/week for 6 weeks
    Optional Gear: $60 performance shirt
    All equipment provided, however we recommend purchasing your own equipment for at-home practice!

  • Price Per Rider: $600 full week

    We offer camps during fall, spring, and summer break. Held Monday-Friday from 8:00am-3:30pm, kids will be partnered up and pairs are assigned their “own” horse for the week. They will learn to feed, groom, saddle and ride! Save the Dates for our upcoming camps!

    2026 Summer Camp Schedule:

    • Ages 7–10 Full-Day Camps: June 1–5, July 6–10, August 3–7

    • Ages 11–13 Full-Day Camps: June 8–12, July 13–17, August 10–14

    • Ages 14–18 Teen Camps: Intermediate/Experienced: June 22–26, Beginner: August 17–21

    • Adult Riding Camp (19+): July 20–24

    • Kiddie Camp – Ages 4–6 (Half-Day, 8 AM–12 PM): June 15–17, July 27–29, August 24–26

  • Base 2hr Rate: $250

Our friendly, well trained horses are sure to bring smiles and excitement to your event. We offer a range of packages that include decorated party areas, games, and a unique unicorn special. Whether it’s a small gathering or a grand event, book now and create memories that will last a lifetime!

  • Looking for a unique, hands-on experience for your class, club, or company? Our Team Builders and School Trips offer an unforgettable day at the barn where guests learn about horsemanship, teamwork, and life on the ranch.

    Participants will get the chance to groom and pet our horses, while building communication skills, confidence, and connection. We tailor each visit to suit your group’s needs—whether it’s an educational outing, a corporate retreat, or a fun team bonding experience.

    • If you cannot attend a lesson, please notify us as soon as possible.

    • Lessons are non-refundable. We will do our best to provide a makeup opportunity when possible, but it is not guaranteed due to scheduling constraints.

    • If a lesson is canceled by ARA due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by text/email or both and provide a rescheduled date when possible.

  • Riders should wear:

    • Long pants (jeans or riding pants)

    • Closed-toe shoes with a small heel (boots preferred)

    • A properly fitted helmet (we have loaner helmets available)

    Weather-appropriate layers are recommended, especially in Colorado.

  • Outside horses may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must meet health, temperament, and safety requirements. Prior approval is required.

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so riders can use the restroom, get helmets fitted, and be ready on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened ride time.

  • Yes. Through our Buying & Selling Program and educational opportunities, we teach riders how to afford a horse and provide pathways for committed riders who may not be able to own one outright.

  • Yes! Parents are welcome to observe from designated areas. For younger riders especially, we encourage parent presence while still allowing instructors to lead and teach independently.

  • Yes! We operate year-round, with weather-based adjustments when necessary. Winter lessons may include additional groundwork or horsemanship education.

  • If an instructor is sick or unavailable, lessons may be taught by another qualified instructor or rescheduled. We do our best to keep schedules consistent.

  • Yes! Extra ride opportunities may be available through:

    • Clinics

    • Gymkhana practices

    • Special academy events

    • Barn Chores!
